Please ensure all electronic components and hardware are returned in new, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are within the 30-day return window and are in their original, unopened packaging with all included documentation.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your electronics using anti-static materials if applicable and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Processing and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned components for damage or use, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
